Haji Ramli bin Ngah Talib ผู้ว่าการรัฐปีนัง รัฐบาลรัฐปีนังได้จัดพิธีเฉลิมฉลอง ระหว่างวันที่

11-15 กรกฎาคม 2569 ในโอกาสนี้ นายพสุศิษฏ์ วงศ์สุรวัฒน์ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองปีนัง ได้

เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมสำคัญ ดังนี้

1. วันที่ 11 กรกฎาคม 2569 พิธีสวนสนามกองเกียรติยศและพิธีมอบเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์

และเหรียญเกียรติยศแห่งรัฐปีนัง ประจำปี 2569 ที่ Dewan Sri Pinang โดยผู้ว่าการรัฐปีนังได้

กล่าวสุนทรพจน์ สรุปว่า การมอบเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์และเหรียญเกียรติยศแห่งรัฐปีนัง มิได้

เป็นเพียงธรรมเนียมปฏิบัติเท่านั้น แต่เป็นการยกย่องผู้ที่อุทิศตนและสร้างคุณประโยชน์ให้รัฐ

ปีนังและประชาชนชาวปีนัง ซึ่งได้อุทิศตนตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ความ

สามัคคี เพื่อพัฒนารัฐปีนังให้เจริญก้าวหน้าอย่างสมดุลกับการรักษาความยั่งยืนของสิ่ง

แวดล้อมและการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนชาวปีนัง อนึ่ง พิธีมอบเครื่องราช

อิสริยาภรณ์และเหรียญเกียรติยศแห่งรัฐปีนัง ประจำปี 2569 จัดขึ้นรวม 4 วัน ในวันที่ 11

และ 13-15 กรกฎาคม 2569

2. วันที่ 13 กรกฎาคม 2569 งานเลี้ยงอาหารค่ำของรัฐบาลรัฐปีนังเพื่อเฉลิมฉลองโอกาส

วันคล้ายวันเกิดของผู้ว่าการรัฐปีนัง โดยมีผู้บริหารระดับสูงของรัฐบาลรัฐปีนัง ผู้แทนหน่วยงาน

ภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน คณะผู้แทนทางกงสุล ตลอดจนผู้ที่ได้รับมอบเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์และ

เหรียญเกียรติยศแห่งรัฐปีนังประจำปี 2569 เข้าร่วมด้วย โดยผู้ว่าการรัฐปีนังได้ขอบคุณทุก

ภาคส่วนที่ร่วมสนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมเฉลิมฉลอง พร้อมทั้งแสดงความซาบซึ้งต่อคำอวยพร

และความปรารถนาดีที่ได้รับจากทุกฝ่าย

                       85th Birthday Anniversary of the Governor of Penang

To mark the 85th birthday of Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Dato' Seri Utama Haji Ramli

bin Ngah Talib, Governor of Penang, the Penang State Government organized

celebratory events from 11 to 15 July 2026. On this occasion, Mr. Psusist

Wongsurawat, Consul-General of Thailand in Penang, participated in key activities

as follows:

1. On 11 July 2026, the Penang State Honor Guard Parade and the Investiture

Ceremony for the Penang State Orders, Decorations and Medals of Honour 2026

were held at Dewan Sri Pinang. The Governor of Penang delivered a speech

summarizing that the Investiture Ceremony for the Penang State Orders,

Decorations and Medals of Honour 2026 was not merely a tradition, but a

recognition of those who have dedicated themselves and contributed to the State

of Penang and its people. These individuals have devoted themselves to the

principles of good governance, integrity, and unity to developing Penang in a way

that is balanced with environmental sustainability and improving the quality of life

for its citizens. The Investiture Ceremony for the Penang State Orders, Decorations

and Medals of Honour 2026 was held over four days, on 11 and 13-15 July 2026.

2. On 13 July 2026, the Penang State Government hosted a dinner to celebrate the

birthday of the Governor of Penang. High-ranking officials from the Penang State

Government, representatives from government and private sectors, consular corps,

and recipients of the Penang State Orders, Decorations and Medals of Honour

2026 attended the event. The Governor of Penang thanked all parties for their

support in organizing the celebration and expressed his gratitude for all the well

wishes and greetings received.
