Applying for Visa to Thailand at the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Penang

Visa applications can be made at the Royal Thai Consulate-General on Monday - Friday (except official holidays) 
from 09.00 to 11.00 hrs. In most cases, the visas can be collected on the next working day 
from 14.00 to 16.00 hrs.
