เมื่อวันที่ 9 กรกฎาคม 2568 นาย Ch'ng De Sern เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายการค้าและอุตสาหกรรม เป็นผู้แทน

ประธานสภาหอการค้าและอุตสาหกรรมจีนในรัฐปะลิส (Perlis Chinese Chamber of

Commerce and Industry) และคณะ เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะนายพสุศิษฏ์ วงศ์สุรวัฒน์ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ

เมืองปีนัง เพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือในมิติต่างๆ โดยมีนายกันตภณ สังขปรีชา กงสุล

เข้าร่วมด้วย

     ทั้งสองฝ่ายแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับภารกิจและบทบาทของสภาหอการค้าและอุตสาหกรรมจีนใน

รัฐปะลิส รวมทั้งหารือเกี่ยวกับโอกาสในการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านการค้าและการลงทุนข้ามแดน โดย

เฉพาะในพื้นที่รัฐปะลิส จังหวัดสตูล และจังหวัดสงขลา เพื่อกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจและส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ย

สองฝ่าย ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่จะช่วยส่งเสริมการพัฒนาพื้นที่ดังกล่าวในภาพรวม นอกจากนี้ ทั้งสอง

ฝ่ายยังได้หารือเกี่ยวกับโอกาสในการขยายความร่วมมือด้านการดูแลธุรกิจไทยที่จะมาลงทุนในรัฐปะลิส

การแลกเปลี่ยนการเข้าร่วมงานแสดงสินค้า การแลกเปลี่ยนทางวัฒนธรรม ตลอดจนความร่วมมือด้าน

การศึกษาผ่านการสนับสนุนโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาและคณาจารย์ในระดับมัธยมศึกษาและ

มหาวิทยาลัย

Representatives from the Perlis Chinese Chamber of Commerce and

Industry Paid a Courtesy Call on the Consul General of Thailand in

Penang.

On July 9 2025, Mr.Ch'ng De Sern, Commercial Officer, Perlis Chinese Chamber 

of Commerce and Industry (PCCCI), representing the President of the PCCCI,

led a delegation to pay a courtesy call on H.E. Mr.Psusist Wongsurawat, the 

Consul General of Thailand in Penang, with the attendance of Mr.Kantapon

Sangkhapreecha, Consul, to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation in potential

areas.

     Both sides discussed the role of PCCCI and exchanged views on enhancing

the cross-border trade and investment, especially among Perlis, Satun, and

Songkhla to stimulate the economy and promote cross-border tourism, which

are important to the development of the said areas. Furthermore, both sides

also discussed potential opportunities to expand the cooperation in areas

including, to help protect Thai investors in Perlis, participating in Expos and

events across two countries, and promote exchanges in the areas of culture

and students at secondary school and university levels.
