Silke Riecken-Daerr เอกอัครราชทูตสหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนีประจำประเทศมาเลเซีย โดยกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้ใช้โอกาสนี้ในการพบปะและสานสัมพันธ์กับผู้บริหารและผู้แทนรัฐปีนัง คณะทูตและกงสุล รวมถึงผู้แทนจากภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ
วันชาติเยอรมนีหรือ Day of German Unity ตรงกับวันที่ 3 ตุลาคมของทุกปี เป็นวันที่ชาวเยอรมันรำลึกถึงการรวมประเทศเยอรมนีในปี 2533 ซึ่งนับว่าเป็นเหตุการณ์สำคัญทางประวัติศาสตร์ของเยอรมนีและยุโรป

Consul-General of Thailand in Penang Attends German National Day Reception
On 29 September 2026, Mr. Psusist Wongsurawat, Consul-General of Thailand in Penang, accompanied by his spouse, attended a reception marking German National Day at the Eastern & Oriental Hotel in Penang. The event was held at the invitation of H.E. Silke Riecken-Daerr, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Malaysia. The Consul-General took this opportunity to meet and strengthen ties with executives and representatives of the Penang State Government, members of the diplomatic and consular corps, and representatives from various sectors.

Germany's National Day, or the Day of German Unity, falls on 3rd October each year. It is the day Germans commemorate the reunification of Germany in 1990,   an event that stands as a significant milestone in the history of both Germany    and Europe.
