เมื่อวันที่ 30 ตุลาคม 2568 สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองปีนัง จัดพิธีถวายราชสักการะและลงนาม 

ถวายความอาลัยสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง ณ อาคาร

ที่ทำการ สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ โดย นายพสุศิษฏ์ วงศ์สุรวัฒน์ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองปีนัง ประธานในพิธี

กล่าวแสดงความอาลัยต่อการเสด็จสวรรคตและสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณที่ทรงมีต่อพสกนิกรชาวไทย

จากนั้นกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้นำข้าราชการ คู่สมรส และเจ้าหน้าที่สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ยืนสงบนิ่งเพื่อน้อมรำลึก

ในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณเป็นเวลา 1 นาที และนำผู้เข้าร่วมพิธีฯ ลงนามถวายความอาลัย ทั้งนี้

สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้เปิดให้คณะผู้แทนทางการกงสุล ผู้บริหารของรัฐปีนัง และประชาชนชาวไทยในรัฐ

ปีนังและรัฐในเขตอาณา ลงนามถวายความอาลัยที่สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ในวันที่ 27-31 ตุลาคม 2568

ระหว่างเวลา 09.00 - 12.00 น. และ 14.00 - 17.00 น.

Royal Thai Consulate-General in Penang organised a Ceremony for

Paying Tribute and Signing of The Book of Condolences to

Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother

On 30 October 2025, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Penang held a

ceremony for paying tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother.

On this occasion, H.E. Mr. Psusist Wongsurawat, Consul-General of Thailand in

Penang, presided over the ceremony and led the officials, family members, and

staffs of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Penang to pay tribute and signed

the book of condolences on the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen

Mother. Furthermore, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Penang also opens the

Book of Condolences for members of the Consular Corps, executives of the State

Government, and Thai community in Penang, and in states in jurisdiction at the

Royal Thai Consulate-General in Penang on 27-31 October 2025 during 09.00 -

12.00 hrs. and 14.00 - 17.00 hours.
